Das Schloss wird nach dem Verriegeln optional durch den abschließbaren Handgriff von einer Seite der Tür verschlossen.

Die verschiedenen Ausbaustufen als Riegel- oder Stangenschloss ermöglichen es, Türen in bis zu drei Richtungen zu verriegeln.

Nachdem die Tür gegen den Anschlagwinkel geschwenkt wurde ist das Verriegeln ohne Verkratzen oder Beschädigung der Profile sichergestellt.
