Small load carriers

Small load carriers or SLCs are standardised transport containers. They can be used in handling operations and for the Material flow in manual and automated production systems.

SLCs can be stacked on europallets. The stacking ribs on the bottom ensure stability.

SLCs are ideal for use as containers for small parts in automated and manual systems. Containers that can be accessed vertically and horizontally can be used, which is also useful in Rack storage facilities where fully automatic order pickers are used. The pickers can remove entire SLCs using suckers or grippers. SLCs are also compatible with automatic destacking and automatic transfer to other conveying devices such as belts and conveyor lines.

SLCs are easy to clean and, compared to cardboard boxes, they exhibit greater stability and have a longer ecological service life.

Kleinladungsträger

Kleinladungsträger-Boxen, sogenannte KLT-Boxen, sind standardisierte Transportbehälter. Sie können für Handhabungsarbeiten und den Materialfluss in manuellen und automatisierten Produktionssystemen eingesetzt werden.

KLT-Boxen sind auf Europaletten stapelbar. Entsprechende Stapelrippen am Boden sorgen dabei für einen sicheren Stand.

In automatisierten und manuellen Systemen eignen sich KLT als Greifbehälter für Einzelteile. Dabei können Container sowohl mit vertikaler als auch mit horizontaler Zugriffsmöglichkeit verwendet werden. Dies ist auch in Regallagern nützlich, in denen vollautomatische Kommissionierer eingesetzt werden. Diese können die kompletten KLT mittels Saugern oder Greifern entnehmen. Mit KLT ist zudem eine automatische Depalettierung oder das automatische Umladen auf andere Förderinstrumente wie Bänder oder Bahnen möglich.

KLT sind leicht zu reinigen, haben eine höhere Stabilität als Kartons und sind ökologisch nachhaltiger als diese.
