Beschreibung:

Die Bewegungsfreiheit ist eine Grundbedingung, damit sich Mitarbeiter an ihrem Arbeitsplatz wohl fühlen.

Der Arbeitsplatz und die dazugehörige unverstellte Fläche müssen so groß sein, dass sich Beschäftigte bei ihrer Tätigkeit ungehindert bewegen können. Ist dies nicht möglich, sollten in der Nähe des Arbeitsplatzes ausreichende Bewegungsflächen zur Verfügung stehen.

Für die Bewegungsfreiheit ist im Einzelnen wichtig, dass

Sicherheitsabstände eingehalten werden können.
ausreichender Bewegungsraum vorhanden ist (Freiraum und Wirkraum, also der Mindestbewegungsraum des Menschen und seiner Gliedmaßen entsprechend der Tätigkeit sowie Mindest- und Sicherheitsabstände).
