集装箱货

Behälterregal
Ein Behälterregal ist ein spezielles Regal, das für die Lagerung von Materialien in standardisierten Behältern ausgerichtet ist. Maßgeblich für die Ausführung des Regals ist darum die Größe der zu lagernden Behälter. Behälterregale können geschlossene Systeme sein, die Schutz vor Schmutz oder vor Diebstahl bieten.
Behälterregale können eine manuelle Ein- und Auslagerung vorsehen. Sie können aber auch mit automatischen Systemen ausgestattet sein, die ermöglichen, dass Wege zum und vom Lager wegfallen, weil die Materialien automatisch zum Fertigungsplatz gebracht werden. In diesem Fall sind die Regale so auszurichten, dass bei der Ein- und Auslagerung günstige Greifpositionen gewährleistet sind.
Kombiniert werden können Behälterregale unter anderem mit einem computergesteuerten FIFO-System, bei dem der Bestand automatisch fortgeschrieben wird. Dies ermöglicht die sogenannte 'ständige Inventur'.
Container rack
A container rack is a special Rack that is designed to store materials held in standardised containers. Consequently, the Design of the rack is determined largely by the size of the containers that are to be used. Container racks can be closed systems that protect their contents from dirt and dust or theft.
Container racks can rely on manual loading and unloading or be equipped with automatic systems that mean personnel don't need to travel to and from the store, because materials are delivered to the production site automatically. In the latter case, the racks should be arranged so that goods are easy to handle when they are being removing or added.
Container racks can be combined with technology such as a computer-controlled FIFO system, which ensures that inventory levels are automatically adjusted. This enables companies to implement 'permanent inventory'.

Una estantería de contenedor es un estante especial que está diseñado para almacenar materiales en contenedores estandarizados. Por consiguiente, el diseño del estante es determinado principalmente por el tamaño de los contenedores a ser usados. Las estanterías de contenedores pueden ser sistemas cerrados que protegen su contenido contra el polvo y la mugre o contra el robo.
Las estanterías de contendor pueden confiar en una carga y descarga manual o estar equipados con sistemas automáticos, lo que significa que el personal no debe viajar hacia y desde el almacén, ya que los materiales son suministrados en el sitio de producción automáticamente.
