Tyre coupling
Tyre couplings are a type of flexible, permanent coupling. They can compensate axial, radial and angular misalignments and are not torsionally stiff.
A tyre coupling consists of a toric rubber or fabric tyre that is elastically fitted in grooves on two flanges. The tyre compensates displacements and can dampen vibrations.
The closed Design of tyre couplings makes them ideal for dusty and dirty environments. They are also very easy to Fit, because the tyre can be installed and removed without moving the Shaft or flanges.
Reifenkupplung
