Taper-lock clamping bush
A taper-lock clamping bush is used to create friction-based Shaft-Hub connections. The conical Clamping element comprises a hub and a bush.
The taper bush is a metal ring with a profile and a slot. It has a straight inner wall and a conical outer wall with two to three cylindrical semi-circular blind holes parallel to the axis. The hub takes the form of a mating component and has appropriately arranged threads.
Clamping bushes are attached to shafts, with the axial bolts pressing the bush into the hub so that the shaft is wedged in place. In the case of high loads, there may also be a parallel keyway to create an additional mechanically locked connection.
These connections are quick to Fit but susceptible to slight imbalances.

Die Spannbuchsen werden auf Wellen befestigt, indem die axialen Schrauben die Buchse in die Nabe pressen, sodass die Welle verkeilt wird. Eine Passfedernut kann für eine zusätzliche formschlüssige Verbindung bei hohen Lasten vorhanden sein.
Die Verbindungen sind schnell zu montieren, jedoch empfindlich für leichte Unwuchten.
