Production organisation

Production organisation is the element of production scheduling that describes the structure of a production environment in factory planning and its organisation. It covers the geographical arrangement of storage facilities, the provision of operating materials and the time sequence of Material flows and production. It also specifies, among other things, which stations a product needs to pass through until it is completed.

Decisions about the method of production are also taken as part of production organisation. The following options are possible:

• Workshop production with performance-oriented division of labour
• Continuous Flow production
• Batch production
• Process production
• Cellular manufacturing
• Flexible manufacturing
• Segment manufacturing

Several different types can be deployed alongside each other in large production environments.

Fertigungsorganisation

Die Fertigungsorganisation ist Teil der Produktionsplanung. Sie umfasst den Aufbau einer Produktionsumgebung in der Fabrikplanung sowie ihre Organisation. Sie hat die räumliche Organisation der Lager, die Bereitstellung von Betriebsmitteln, den zeitlichen Ablauf von Materialströmen und den Zeitablauf in der Produktion zum Inhalt. Unter anderem wird festgelegt, welche Stationen ein Produkt bis zu seiner Fertigstellung durchläuft.

Zudem wird in der Fertigungsorganisation über die Produktionsmethode entschieden. Möglich sind beispielsweise:

Organización de la producción

La organización de la producción es el elemento de programación de la producción que describe la estructura de un ambiente de producción en la planificación de la fábrica y su organización. Cubre la disposición geográfica de las instalaciones de almacenaje, el aprovisionamiento de los materiales operativos y la secuencia de tiempo de los flujos de material y de producción. También especifica, entre otras cosas, las estaciones por las que debe pasar un producto hasta quedar terminado.
