In statistics, sigma (s) is a value that represents variation or distribution from an average. In the case of normal or Gaussian distribution, it is known as standard deviation.
These statistics do not take into account unknown figures such as unreported cases and the loss of earnings resulting from the defective work and reduced output of employees suffering from such complaints.
