Belastung (陰性)

load (中性)

Description: The closed side panel gives the Angle Bracket its high load-carrying capacity. It offers effective support for heavily loaded profile connections. Depending on the profile size and load, several pairs may be necessary.
    Example sentences:
  • Stresses build up in a component when a load act on it.
  • The pages that set out loading values can be omitted.
  • Ergonomics - loading heavy items from the front and over the table top is awkward.
  • They are covered both in Presentation 3, which compares loading values, and in the data sheet.

  • Depending on the profile size and load, several pairs may be necessary.
  • The guiding shaft is secured on the groove of the support profile using special Clamp Profiles, thereby significantly reducing the installation workload.
  • The advantages of this process lie in the high dimensional stability of the casting due to low tolerances, excellent surface quality and low re-finishing workload.
  • Air temperature, humidity, air speed (draft) and thermal radiation (machines, lamps, wall areas, windows) should be optimally harmonised with the energy-based workload.

strain (中性)

Description: This helps to reduce extreme strain on the musculoskeletal system. The physical strain on users must be kept to a minimum. In a stress-strain diagram, is the maximum active tension.

English

stress (中性)

Description: The largest shear stresses t are found at the edges of this component. Stresses build up in a component when a load act on it. The circle's radius r is equivalent to the maximum shear stress .
    Example sentences:

weight (中性)

Description: A person's physical strength will also vary according to their age, body size, weight and gender. The figure shown does not include the unladen weight of the system itself. Lightweight profiles use profile grooves in the relevant modular dimension.
    Example sentences:

workload (中性)

Description: The term workload applies to any external condition or demand that has an impact on the physical or psychological wellbeing of people at their place of Work. These include both discernible and indiscernible factors in the form of (non-individualised) workload factors. If an individual element of workload can be quantified, it is known as a workload factor. Workload factors include environmental influences (noise, climate, harmful substances), physical and psychological demands related to work, Work organisation and working time. Psychological workload is based, among other things, on the social relationships within a company (superiors, atmosphere). The result of improper workload is that employees are either overstretched or underutilised. Employees who are overstretched rapidly become fatigued and can experience physical complaints over the long term. However, employees who are underutilised can also suffer health complaints over time. While the term 'workload' describes causes, the term 'work strain' refers to the effects that work has on those undertaking it. The same workload will result in different levels of strain in different people.
    Example sentences:
  • The guiding shaft is secured on the groove of the support profile using special Clamp Profiles, thereby significantly reducing the installation workload.
  • The advantages of this process lie in the high dimensional stability of the casting due to low tolerances, excellent surface quality and low re-finishing workload.
