侧面式叉车
侧面式叉车是一种多工作方向的装载机，同时也属于的范畴。侧面式叉车的轮子可以任意旋转，任意改变前进方向。由于该类型设备的高机动性，所以主要用来运输尺寸较长的货物。
侧面式叉车提升装置安装在设备中间的开口处，靠近铲斗，可以垂直于纵轴移动。在装载作业期间，（提升装置）会紧靠车辆侧壁。随着斗子移动，提升装置在液压作用下回到开口处，这样物料就顺利的装入到斗子里。
Querstapler
Der Querstapler gehört zu den Mehrwegestaplern und diese wiederum zu den Flurförderzeugen. Die Räder eines Querstaplers können in einem beliebigen Winkel geschwenkt werden, um die Fahrtrichtung zu ändern. Wegen ihrer Wendigkeit werden Querstapler vor allem beim Transport von Langgütern eingesetzt.
Das Hubgerüst ist quer zur Längsachse verschiebbar und in einer Aussparung in der Mitte eines Plattformfahrzeuges verbaut. Bei den Ladevorgängen steht der Hubmast (Hubgerüst) unmittelbar an der Fahrzeugseitenwand. Beim Verfahren der Last wird das Hubgerüst hydraulisch in die Aussparung gezogen und die Last dann auf der Plattform des Querstaplers abgelegt.
Side loader
Side loaders are multidirectional loaders, which come under the category of floor conveyors. The wheels of a side loader can be swivelled at any angle to change the direction of travel. Due to their manoeuvrability, side loaders are used primarily to transport long products.
The lifting Gear can be moved perpendicular to the longitudinal axis and is built into an opening in the middle of the platform vehicle. During loading operations, the mast (Lifting gear) is immediately adjacent to the vehicle side wall. As the load is moved, the lifting gear is pulled hydraulically into the opening, allowing the load to be placed on the platform of the side loader.
