试投

Nullserie
Die Nullserie ist die vorletzte Phase eines Produktionsanlaufes (Production Ramp-Up). In der Nullserie werden Produkte erstmals unter den realistischen Fertigungsbedingungen gefertigt. Sowohl die verwendeten Teile als auch die Werkzeuge entsprechen vollständig denen der künftigen Serienfertigung.
Während der Nullserie wird die letzte Erprobung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen durchgeführt. Gleichzeitig wird auch die Teile- und Werkzeugbereitstellung auf den Prüfstand gestellt. Die Nullserie hat damit einen besonderen Stellenwert für die Produktionssteuerung. Zudem wird während der Nullserie ein besonderes Augenmerk auf Test, Prüfungen und die Qualitätskontrolle gelegt.
Die fertigen Produkte entsprechen im Wesentlichen denen der künftigen Serienfertigung. Sie kommen jedoch in der Regel nicht auf den Markt.
Der Nullserie schließt sich der Hochlauf, die endgültige Aufnahme der Serienfertigung, an.
Pilot run
A pilot run is the penultimate phase in a production ramp-up. It is when products are manufactured under realistic production conditions for the first time. Both the parts and tools that are used are exactly the same as those that will be used in future series production.
The final tests on working sequences and processes are carried out during the pilot run, which is also when the supply of parts and tools is scrutinised. Consequently, pilot runs are particularly valuable from the perspective of production management. Furthermore, special attention is devoted to tests, inspections and quality control during a pilot run.
The products manufactured during a pilot run are largely identical to those that will be produced in future series manufacture. However, they are not usually brought to market.
The pilot run is followed by the start of production, which is when series manufacture is finally initiated.
Prueba piloto
Una prueba piloto es la penúltima fase en un arranque de producción. Es cuando los productos son fabricados bajo condiciones de producción realistas por primera vez. Tanto las piezas como las herramientas que se usan son exactamente las mismas que se usarán en la producción en serie futura.
Las pruebas finales en los procesos y secuencias de trabajo se llevan a cabo durante la prueba piloto, que también es cuando el suministro de las piezas y herramientas es escrutado.
