Kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess

  • Verschwendung vermeiden

Continuous improvement process

A continuous improvement process (CIP) is intended to systematically deliver a Rolling programme of optimisations in process, product and service quality. This means putting into action a repeating PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) cycle.

Because personnel know their working processes perfectly, they are best placed to identify ways that a process can be improved. Their suggestions are fed into teamwork and brainstorming is encouraged. CIP is a process made up of small steps and incorporates the following elements:

  • Identifying and pursuing target requirements
  • Resolving problems
  • Looking for opportunities to make improvements
  • Avoiding waste

The first stage is to analyse what can be improved. Key performance indicators are used to describe the current and desired state of affairs and to analyse and evaluate problems. Solution approaches are developed, evaluated and implemented and their success is monitored and assessed.

An optimum CIP concept will take into account all the areas of a company and create appropriate framework conditions (the time needed, training measures, rollout).

这意味着将重复的PDCA(计划、实施、检查、行动)周期付诸实施。

Identificar y perseguir requerimientos objetivo

Resolver problemas
